Pay per impression, CPM
You can also buy banner space per impression. The cost per CPM (Cost Per thousand iMpressions) depend on the size banner you use.
Size: 125x125 cost €3, 120x240 cost €5, 120x600 cost €7. The banners will always be displayed on all pages and only count against unique visitors as counted by Google Analytics. Minimum lenght to buy is 7 days.
Non-exclusive advertising
Non-exclusive advertising means that your banner will be put in a banner pool of 5 advertisers and rotated. If not all of the 5 spots in the pool are in use google advertising will be displayed on the remaining open spots. Your banner will be displayed on all pages on www.mirc.net.
Exclusive advertising
Exclusive advertising means your banner will be displayed on all pages all the time! We have a limtied number of exclusive advertising spots. If you order one of these spots it means that you banner will be displayed with very few other advertisers on the site. This does not mean you got the sole exclusive right to ALL advertising on www.mirc.net.
Textlinks (SOLD OUT! Currently not selling any more textlinks.)
Textlink advertising is not intended to generate high amount of traffic to your sie, it is a way for your website to get higher ranked by search engines, the more pages that link to you the more important is your page! Google got something called Google pagerank, it is the way Google messure how important Google think your website is, mirc.net currently got Pagerank 6/10. Links from high pagerank sites is valued higher then links from low pagerank sites. mirc.net will not have more then 20 outgoing textlinks at any time.
Advertising rules
We reserve the right to decline any advertiser for any reason or no reason at all. We will not accept advertisement for any kind of illegal or pornographic content or sites that link to such content. Payment is required before the advertising period starts and no refunds will be made. If you violate any of our rules regarding illegal or pornographic content on your website we reserve the right to terminate your advertisement without any notice or refund.
Advertising placement
All advertising placement can be negotiated, but in general textlinks are placed under copyright notice, mini 88x31 buttons are placed at page footer. 125x125, 120x240 and 120x600 banners are placed at right side of page. We are currently not selling advertising within the site.
